How our text messaging program works. Short, clear, no fine print tricks.

When you share your number with Livermore Car Detail, you consent to receive text messages from us. These communications are designed to make your service seamless and include:

  • Real-time quote responses and pricing details.

  • Appointment confirmations and automated reminders.

  • On-site updates (e.g., "I'm 15 minutes away" or "Your vehicle is ready!").

  • Follow-up photos or satisfaction checks after the job.

  • Occasional seasonal detailing specials or exclusive offers.

Messages may be sent using automated scheduling technology to ensure you get your reminders on time.

2. Message Frequency

We value your inbox. Frequency varies based on how often you book with us. Most customers receive roughly 2–4 messages per month. You may receive a few extra messages during an active service window (scheduling, arrival, and completion).

3. Message & Data Rates

While Livermore Car Detail does not charge a fee for SMS messages, standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. Please check with your provider if you have questions about your specific text plan.

4. How to Opt Out

You are always in control. You can cancel these messages at any time by replying STOP to any text sent by Livermore Car Detail. Once you do, we will send one final confirmation message to acknowledge your request, and you won't hear from us again via text. If you change your mind, you can opt back in by texting us or filling out a new quote form.

6. Supported Carriers

Our SMS program is compatible with all major U.S. carriers (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, etc.). Please note that carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your mobile data is safe with us. We handle your phone number and message history according to our [Privacy Policy].
